Front of House/Client Services Support (Juggler!)

Full time, permanent position, Norwich city centre. Salary dependant on experience.

We are looking for an experienced professional to fill this pivotal role within our growing team. Ideally, you’ll need to be able to put two hats on - often at the same time. Your Front of House skills will include greeting visitors and clients, and your PA, admin and general office management skills will be first rate. Attention to detail is vitally important.

At the same time you will be confident and at ease dealing with clients of all levels, supporting the Client Services Director on a day-to-day basis, possibly with a view to one day moving over permanently to Client Services.

With this in mind, you’ll ideally have at least two years under your belt working with clients within a marketing or busy media environment.

You’d be working within the development team at Further’s Norwich city centre offices, producing sites and other .net web solutions to the very highest standards.

Ideally you’ll have at least 3 years experience working in the online environment, either in a decent digital agency or as a freelance, and have experience of the full project life-cycle - from complete systems design through to development and deployment

You’ll need to be a highly efficient qualified developer with an eye for detail; someone who thrives on getting it right first time. A good sense of humour and the ability to work under pressure would also stand you in good stead.
