Steve Jaggard
Partner
Former Business Studies graduate, advertising copywriter and Creative Director.
For 11 years, Steve was a Director and Creative Director of one of the UK's first regional marcomms consultancies before starting 'Frank and Fresh', his own customer consultancy. Steve has won awards for his work at regional, national and international level; lectured on brand, marketing, understanding customers, lateral thinking and concept generation. In 2006, he was Creative Judge for the Annual Marketing Awards for the Newspaper Society.
Set up Further with Zak in May 2006.

Zak Ireson
Partner
History graduate from Brunel University, Zak has worked in the design and advertising industry tor 15 years with companies such as Young and Rubicam, Lambie Nairn and Archant.
In 1999 appointed Head of Online Design at Archant with responsibility to lead team of designers and developers creating and delivering web based products to commercial customers and the Group as a whole. Set up Further with Steve in May 2006 after running his own successful web marketing practice for two years.

Joe Gass
Partner
Joe, a Microsoft Certified Solution Developer, studied at the University of Sussex, before undertaking specialist development training.
In September 2001, he became Web Development Team Leader in the Electronic publishing department at Archant
and later System Developer responsible for development and build across over 30 titled sites.
In November 2004, Joe joined the Online Media Group as Senior Developer working with the biggest brands in consumer finance and insurance, including MBNA, Alliance & Leicester, Norwich Union, More Th>n and Virgin Money.

Louisa Mann
Client Services Director
Like Steve, Lou has an offline marketing background and is a CIM graduate with an impressive track record in managing clients of all sizes - from both b2b and b2c sectors.
Lou joined Further to return to agency life in May 2007, fresh from working client side for an online business.
Her marketing expertise and experience provide Further's clients with more than just a smooth-running account.

Mark Cook
Online Marketing Manager
Mark is a self-confessed web junkie; during his five years of search engine marketing experience he has studied the subject intensely and has delivered training courses and seminars on online marketing.
When not at work, Mark is busy designing, programming & marketing over a dozen of his own projects, from e-commerce to community sites.
Mark's real buzz - apart from the whiskey and poker, of course - comes from finding new creative new ways to promote sites above and beyond the normal deployment of the many SEM tools.

Carl Willimott
Business Development Manager
A knowledgeable professional within the industry, Carl joined us in January 2008 from Affinity New Media where he had been Account Director on web design and SEO business.
Carl has worked with national and local clients across a multitude of business sectors including Financial, Education, Charity, Retail and Leisure.
At Further he is responsible for spearheading the new business operation, introducing and forming relationships with new clients and looking into new opportunities and ventures.

Annette Ireson
Designer
Annette (no relation to Zak whatsover she's keen to point out) joined us from a Norwich-based web agency in January 2007 having graduated from Norwich Art School in 2005 with a BA (Hons) in Graphic Design.
Strong on brand creation and website design, Annette is a lover of great typography and a real perfectionist who is now translating those skills into other areas of online marketing.

Mario Delicata
Web developer
Mario graduated from the University of Essex in 2004 where he studied Software Development. From here he became a freelance web developer before taking up a position within a regional web agency prior to joining Further in October 2006.
Keen to learn new areas within development, Mario has developed expertise in asp/asp.net 2.0/1.0, Ajax.net, DHTML, XHTML, XML and CSS.
The live wire in the office, with a debatable taste in music, he can talk around any subject for hours. Makes good coffee too.

Roy Smith
Design consultant
A graduate of Norwich School of Art, Roy has worked in leading ad agencies as a Senior Designer and now brings a wealth of expertise and experience in creative design to Further. When clients require a new brand identity for their site or business, Roy's our key man, having designed identities for many well known brands.

Chris Gedge
Online Marketing consultant
Chris Gedge graduated from Norwich City College with a degree in E-Commerce in 2005. He became interested in SEO and web design when his own father began his cheap laptops business in 1993. Since then he has designed, programmed and 'SEO'd' two successful e-commerce websites which support the family business.
Chris' first professional SEO role was at a Norwich-based web agency where he was project leader for large clients such as Bernard Matthews, Organix, Godfrey DIY and Norfolk Motor Group.
He now has several of his own SEO projects which he applies new techniques and ideas to. He has taught himself ASP, PHP and CSS and is always hungry for more knowledge in the field.

Ryan Blakemore

Ryan joined the search marketing team in March 2008 moving from Wales to take up the position.
A self-taught SEOer, Ryan is also a dab hand at html/css and php, having set up and ran his first ecommerce site at the ripe old age of 16!
A walking oracle on the latest news and trends in the SEM industry, Ryan loves getting under the skin of more advanced SEO concepts.
He is looking forward to the opportunity of working on some of Further's larger integrated online marketing campaigns and bringing new ideas to the table.

Peter Chu
Online Marketer
Peter graduated in 2007 with a degree in Internet Software Development from Glasgow Caledonian University. It was while at university he discovered search engine marketing - and its money-making potential.
An innate interest in business concepts, together with his web development background, enabled Peter to grasp the fundamentals of SEO quickly and since university has undertaken a number of his own e-commerce projects.
In May 2008, Peter relocated from his home in Scotland to join Further.

Rachel Davis
Office Manager/Client Service Support
With a strong retail and consumer background (she successfully ran her own business for 15 years) Rachel brings a clear understanding of business and customers services to the Further party.
After spending the past three years with a Norwich based full service marcomms agency, Rachel, or Ray to her buddies, joined the team this June to 'Further' her career, offering client service support and managing our busy office and continually expanding team!
